We woke up to snow, and when I showed Caroline, she immediately indicated she wanted to go outside. It was her first time out playing in the snow! It made me smile that out of the three kids it was her who initiated going out. Daily she reminds me that she is becoming more and more of her own little person.
Madelyn came down from bed to join us. No breakfast, and those are jammies under the snow gear!
I really do not like being cold but to watch the joy and fun they were having made it worth it! The big kids wanted videos of them running and sliding into the white fluff!
We've had such little snow yet this year. Casey just told me that we are expected to get 5-7 inches starting today. It will be the biggest snowfall of the season if it happens. We've had bone chilling sub zero temperatures for the last two+ weeks - with a random nearly 60 degree day (record high). Who could possible think our global climate is not messed up right now!?
