Another month older, another bow to pull off her head!
Caroline is busy and on the move! Yet, she will find her favorite toys and sit and play, too.
It's hard to tell from this photo but Caroline piled the bear and her baby on top of the Minnie Mouse Airplane she is riding on. Caroline is rather opinionated about some things and she grunts and points at us a lot. She has a few words including all done, ma, go, and quack quack. She points and waves often. She understands everything we say - or it feels like it. She points to her head, eyes, nose, hair, belly, teeth and mouth. She has 16 teeth in that mouth!
She wanted to put her babies in her snowsuit.
Let me tell you about your perfect little self!
- You still take 2 naps a day and sleep from 7pm-6ish when our schedule allows. You continue to be incredibly flexible and will roll with our day's activities.
- You love food. You usually have a waffle and fruit for breakfast - you adore cuties and will go and stand below the fruit basket and beg for more. No one can eat in front of you without you grunting and pointing for more food. You truly love anything and everything served to you!
- You are nursing at bedtime and in the morning but sometimes for very short time periods. I think you are nearly done with this phase of your life.
- You love baby dolls of any type.
- When I ask you what an animal says you have a generic animal noise response for all - I find this to be rather clever. You aren't necessarily right but it's hard to decipher if you are wrong too.
- You love to dance and twirl in a circle and will clap for yourself.
- You give Eskimo kisses and blow kisses
- You wave night-night at bedtime and watch Madelyn and James leave for school on the bus each day.
- You love your pacifier but will reluctantly turn it over when you wake up from sleeping. You sleep with your lovey and blanket Nana made you. You are the only baby I know that asks to go to sleep. You will go to the gate and point upstairs, walk to your crib, and point to get it.
- You are very good at stairs and love to play in our basement. Madelyn and James will play with you down there when I other tasks to attend to- you are so lucky to be loved by them so much!
- You are loving bath time and will splash in the faucet. You love to stand in the tub too though - little stinker. Madelyn and James often want to take a bath with you, but you sort of think 3 is a crowd! (It is!). You insist to sit closest to the faucet, which I oblige. They are old enough to take a shower!
Caroline you will never truly understand how much I love you! You are the most wonderful little sweetheart, and I am so lucky to call you mine!
