Joe was up early to head to Madison. It was a HUGE weekend for Wisconsin Sports. He really couldn't have picked a better weekend to be home. He went to Madison to see the Badgers dominate the Nebraska Huskers, and then they went to Green Bay to see a Packer win. The Brewers also had a victory in the post-season this weekend!

Meanwhile, Jessica had a long list of wedding crafts to tackle. We were able to put together these darling card holders. They will be used to hold the signs number the tables.

We also took time to take Madelyn to the pumpkin patch!

Wagons are fun!

Quite possibly the highlight....cows!

A llama llama!

Weird....a head in a ball.

Nana shows Madelyn the pigs!
Unfortunately, some of our weekend crafting AND game watching was interrupted by Cosmo. I went to let Marley outside and Cosmo shot like a dart out the door after a rabbit. I had no idea he was even downstairs with us and the door was open maybe 6 inches. I had let him and Mayzie out upstairs a half an hour prior and really had the intention of just getting Marley out! Cosmo proceeded to run and roll in the greenbelt for 3-4 minutes. In this amount of time, he managed to get himself covered with thousands of burs. It took us three hours to cut them all out. It was terrible. His mouth, eyes, and ears were practically sealed shut by burs. He is okay, but he is not as immaculately groomed as normal.

Poor Cosmo. This picture actually doesn't really show his new haircut very well at all!
