Madelyn and I have been doing quite a lot of picnicing and playing at area parks.
Lake Michigan looked so beautiful today. The water was a deep turquoise blue (the picture really doesn't do it justice), and for the first time in a LONG time I thought about how great it would be to go in for a dip. It saddens me that the WI side of Lake Michigan is so polluted. You don't necessarily see the pollution, but you hear about it enough to deter you from venturing in!
