We then went to Estes for two nights. I'm convinced this is the most beautiful time of year to visit. The leaves had just started to turn colors. The yellows, reds, golden oranges contrasted with the blue sky and mountains was breath taking! It was a very relaxing and romantic stop on our trip. We stayed in a cute room complete with a fireplace and private hot tub. We hiked, drove to the top of the Rocky's, ate too much, and enjoyed some time away from home alone!
The hot tub on our deck was hands down the biggest temptation thus far in my pregnancy. I LOVE sitting in hot tubs and I was wishing I could get in too. Too bad there isn't a n/a version of hot tubs. I had to be content with just soaking my legs!
