You are four years old! You are a joy! You make me laugh every single day. You are a challenge. You love to do things that I deem unhealthy. Ninja moves. Avoid eating meals. Watch Youtube videos. You are a candy-aholic, not chocolate though. That makes your 'tummy hurt.' Unless it's chocolate milk. You drink that by the glass full. Contradictions are part of your daily life when it comes to eating. You hate cheese. Unless it's on pizza. I think you have spent a little too much time with Papa. You DO NOT want butter on anything either. You give the tightest hugs and play with my hair when you get sleepy. Your brain is getting smarter and smarter every day. You are starting to recognize letters and can write the first two letters of your name. You have the best sense of humor and your smile melts my heart everytime you flash it at me. You love your sister and would chose to be near her all day long if you could. Recently, you've loved going on adventures. You were fearless sledding down the huge ice covered hill at Whitnall Park. You've loved hiking and going off trail in search of animals. You love Marley. You often lay down with him in the morning on his dog bed. You might also love using a Ninja move or two on him. He's so patient with you. Watching Superheros, Paw Patrol, Scooby Doo, Wild Kratts, and Power Rangers are your favorites. Despicable Me is still a favorite too.
I love you so much my sweet little boy. I can't wait to see what the next year has in store for you!
Love,
Mommy

We kept with the Minion theme and he had Minion cupcakes for his birthday treat at school. I was able to be the parent helper that day and enjoyed watching him hang with his friends!
